The safety of our employees and patients is our #1 priority. We are maximizing our efforts to minimize your risk. We are taking the following steps to ensure everyone’s safety and health during this time:
1. If you are not a patient in treatment, please wait in the car or make plans to drop off and pick up the patient for their appointment. If you need to come into the office to be with a patient in the treatment area, make an appointment, or make a payment, please limit to one adult. Please do not bring additional family members or friends to appointments.
2. If you, or someone you have contact with, has traveled to a high-risk area inside or outside of the United States, please call the office to reschedule your appointment until you have at least 14 days of being symptom-free.
3. If you have a fever, chills, cough, loss of taste or smell, or are experiencing even mild flu-like symptoms, please do not come to the office. Please call us and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
4. Face masks will be required for staff and patients. Face masks must be worn properly and cover the nose and mouth.
We want you to know that we already use hospital-grade sterilization equipment in our office. We are also cleaning all contact surfaces before, during, and after the workday. Please help us maintain a safe environment by washing your hands and using hand sanitizer.
We will keep you updated with any other changes in the coming weeks.
Please let us know if you have any questions!
Thank you for your support!
